Ocoto-mom to apply for welfare

Nadya Suleman, the octo-mom, is thinking about doing what we all knew from the beginning was going to happen--she's going to apply for welfare. Basically, she's going to be a leech on society at the tax payers expense.

Suleman is thinking about applying for federal assistance through the WIC (women's, infants, and children program) so she can get formula for her little army. The WIC program provides federal grants to states for food, health care referrals and nutrition education for low-income women and children up to age 5 who are found to be at nutritional risk.

We all knew it was coming.
