A man stuffed 13 finches in plastic hair curlers on a flight from Guyana to New York. He stuffed them in plastic ones instead so the metal detectors wouldn't go off. He was smart in that sense, but doesn't he know you don't mess with customs. If you're caught with just a little bit over what you're supposed to, you get your pee-pee slapped. But birds?
The guy has to pay a $25,000 fine while deciding to pursue some other litigation in this case.
