A 28 year old Russian man had a five centimeter (just shy of 2 inches) fir tree in his lung! The man went to the hospital complaining of pain and was coughing blood.
So, x-rays were performed and doctors found a tumor. They decided to do a biopsy to determine if the patient had cancer. When they looked at the mass, they saw a little tree!
Doctors reckon that he might have inhaled a little bud. BUT my question is, aren't fir tree buds big?
