
In some places in Europe, you have to pay a licensing fee for your TV or radio. The good thing about this fee is that there's fewer commercials.
However, a German mathematician who died 450 years ago got his bill in the mail saying it was overdue!
Adam Ries (sometimes spelled Reise) has been dead since 1559 received a bill at his former residence which is now a museum to honor the DEAD guy. The museum sent a letter explaining the situation, but instead they received another overdue notice.
